On July 6, 2026, the Veterans & Community Housing Coalition (VCHC) was featured on CBS 6 Albany for hosting its first-ever Red, White & Luau fundraiser. The family-friendly event brought the community together to raise funds and support local veterans experiencing homelessness.
Held at Wilton Town Gavin Park in Saratoga Springs, the event featured activities including a bounce house, face painting, raffle baskets, and red, white, and blue frozen drinks.
The fundraiser supported VCHC’s mission of providing housing, services, and resources to homeless veterans and their families across seven local counties. The event also emphasized the importance of community involvement and building a strong network of support for local veterans.
